1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only for all orders. PayPal provides a secure and reliable payment process.

2. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States.

3. How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is 4–7 business days, which includes 1–3 business days for order processing and 3–4 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 PM may begin processing the next business day. We ship via USPS and UPS with tracking provided.

4. How can I track my order?

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed within 2 business days, and no restocking fees apply. Exchanges are not accepted. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

6. Do you charge sales tax?

All prices displayed on Pattysha.com are sales tax-free.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages. All products are shipped in standard packaging.
